He is survived by: his sister Martha "Pattie" Irvin of Richmond; his daughters, Alice Denham (Doug) of San Antonio and Julianne Trenary of Austin, Texas; his stepson David Rice of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn Denham, Briana Denham, Rebecca Ho, Garrison Ho, Benjamin Rice and Kate Rice.
