She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard and Edith Mae Whobrey (Knight); her former husband G. Clifton Oathout; her husband Willard W. "Bud" Walker; her son Michael Oathout; and her siblings, Doris Webb, Roger A., Paul W. and William T. Whobrey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shari Ryerson (Shayne) of Front Royal, Virginia and Debra Mae Stocker (Gene) of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Heather Marie Lüders (Philipp) of Nieuw-Vennep and Robin LaTourette Woznica (Baldwin) of Front Royal, VA; her great grandchildren, Ashley LaTourette, Robert Arthur and Cameron David Woznica; and her great great grandchild Melanie LaTourette Gannon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Virginia's honor to Blue Ridge Hospice of Winchester, Virginia.
