She was predeceased by: her father Charles Thompson; and her children, Charles Thompson, Ronald Lee Thompson, Jerry Wayne Thompson, Tammy Sue Henry and Dora Lynn Sturdivant.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Allen Thompson (Faye) and Ella Marie Thompson (John); and her son-in-law Donald Henry. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
