It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Truman L. Vincent of Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Mitchell of Front Royal and Douglas H. Mitchell of Berryville. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
