He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Richardson and Virgie Mae Owens Shepherd; and his siblings, Ricky Shepherd, Timothy Morris and Lisa Fincham Shepherd.
He is survived by: his wife Terri L. Shepherd; his children, Melanie Burmingham, Angel Shepherd and Tony Shepherd Jr.; his siblings, Joy Shumate and Albert John Shepherd; his grandchildren, Makayla Duvall, Alyssa Burmingham, Kayden Shepherd, Teagan Shepherd, Landon Shepherd and Carter Cave; and his niece Tonya McKenzie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
