He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Lewis and Ruth Lewis (Howdershell); his granddaughter Amber Elizabeth Kaiser; his siblings, Harold Lewis, Andrew J. Lewis (Andy), Ronald C. Lewis, James F. Lewis, Geraldine Taylor (Lewis) and Herbert Lewis (Butch); and his nephews, Daniel L McTaggart and J. David Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Elise Lewis (Sulser); his daughter Lisa Kaiser (Michael Kaiser); his close friend Thomas "Zach" Kaiser; and his siblings, Dorie Duncan of Shaft, Maryland, Jenny Lewis of Bedford, PA and Patti McTaggart of Bedford, PA.
There will be no graveside service. And while plants and flowers are always welcome, you can also donate to one of his favorite charities (Tunnels to Towers or Wounded Warriors) in lieu of flowers.
