She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie A. Lam, Sr. and Pauline Orndorff Lam; her son Keith Rutherford; and her siblings, Gloria Middleton, Jerry Lam and Kenneth Lam.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Beaty; her children, Kenneth Rutherford of Front Royal, Cathy Poe (Tom) of Browntown, Karen Fisher (Tyler) of Front Royal and Shasta Redmon (Brent) of Inwood; her siblings, Dougie Lam of Louisa, Louis A. Lam, Jr. of Knoxville, Tennessee, Joann White of Stephens City and Paula Troxell of Strasburg; her grandchildren, Amanda (Ryan), Ryan (Jessica), Taylor, Brandy and Boo (Lil Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Taya and Rhett.
