He is survived by: his wife Velma B. Bailey; his son Mark L. Bailey (Portia); his brother James Taliaferro; his grandchildren, Amanda Bailey, Mark Bailey II, Allyson Bumbray (Quentin) and Dana Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Ava Bailey and Aiden Robertson. He is also survived by loving extended family and friends.
