She was predeceased by: her father Reverend Wayne Prater; her husband Lawrence "Gene" Lehew; her stepmother Georgia Prater; and her granddaughter Brittany Prater. She is survived by: her boyfriend Joe Jakabcin; her children, Angel Lynne Parker of Winchester, VA, Rebekah Dawn Carter (Patrick Lee) of Winchester, VA, Shannon Lehew of Martinsburg, WV, Micheal Paul Prater (Edith) of Winchester, VA, Joshua Daniel Parker of Winchester, VA and Sean Lehew (Kelly) of Manheim, PA; her grandchildren, Jamie James II, Nicholas Prater, Ryan Prater, Nathaniel Prater, Andrew Prater, Anthony Prater, Caitlin Brown, Aaron Hott, Troy Abrell, Seth Parker, Dylan Lehew, Kiara Lehew, Devin Hall, Emily Hall and Josh Hall; her siblings, Lori Davis (Todd) of Bushnell, FL, Shona Lapsley (Ron) of Stephens City, VA, Nancy Fields of Florida, Jeff Prater of Hagerstown, MD, John Johns of Florida, Darin Prater (Brenda) of Inwood, WV and David Johns (Lori) of Hobe Sound, FL; and her pet Daisy Mae. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions may be made in memory of Sharon to Omps Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
