In the vast expanse of eternity, Ruby Marie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ruby Marie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Epperly and Laura Barton Epperly; and her husband C. N. Mike Hartman. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Hartman (Cindy) of Front Royal and Vicky Saffell (Jimmy Saffell, Sr.) of Front Royal; and her close friends, Pat McCauley, Brenda Petefish, Donna Venable, Deborah StClair and Verlyne Simmons Key.
