As we bid Rosie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rosie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Snowden Williams and Gurnie Shifflet Williams; and her husband Dewey Seekford. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy See (Curtis), Donna Ferguson (James) and Nicole Clatterbuck (Shane); and her stepdaughters, Kelly Butler (Bobby) and Tina Seekford. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
