She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Oliver and Helen Marie Harrison Joyner; her husband Harold Allan Spencer; and her sister Carolyn Byrne. She is survived by: her children, James Spencer (Cheryl) of Front Royal, Scott Spencer (Denise) of Woodbridge, VA, Cherie Rinkenberg (John) of Palm Harbor, FL and Merrie Spencer of Tarpon Springs, FL. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
