Massey; his grandson Justin Williams; and his great grandchild Justin Abbate.
He is survived by: his son Richard Williams, Jr. (Teresa) of Chandlersville, Ohio; his daughter-in-law Patty Potter of Verona, Virginia; his siblings, Ronnie A. Williams of Front Royal and Barbara K. Dolly of Front Royal; and his great grandchild Gary Partlow. He is also survived by his family, especially grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
