He was predeceased by: his parents, Rennie Emmitt Cooke, II and Shirley May Merchant Cooke; his former wife Tina Marie Cooke; his grandson Caine Deavers; his brother David Allen Cooke; and his daughter Tina Marie Cooke.
He is survived by: his fiancée Angie Buterakos of Front Royal; his daughters, Brooke Ballard (Chris), Front Royal and Desirae Cooke (Tyler Deavers) of Bentonville; his siblings, Bro Cooke of Front Royal, Steve Cooke (Leanne) of Luray, Joe Cooke (Lindsey) of Front Royal, Tammy Sealock (James) of Manassas, Pamela Maddox (Scott) of Front Royal, Katrina Saunders (Steve) of Front Royal and Sandy Cooke (Raymond Henry); his stepchildren, Seff Oates and Adrienne Hickerson; his grandchildren, Nathan Ballard, Cole Deavers and Cohen Deavers; and his stepgrandson Jude Oates. He is also survived by his dog, and faithful companion; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
