He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Moreau; his nephew Matthew Nelson; his parents, Jane Moreau and Raymond Joseph Moreau; his aunt Janet Malozi; his sister Theresa Fairbanks (Ray); his nephew Keith Noble (Annie); his great-nieces, Kayla and Alana; his uncle Ray Sicotte; his cousins, Brad, Charlie and Brenda; his mother-in-law Barbara Nelson; his siblings-in-law, Patty Nelson and Greg Nelson (Tammie); his nieces, Samantha, Sabrina and Rays; and his friends, Cory Shepherd, Bill Seeto, Jeff Kallal, Cheryl Soderstrom and Gaelan Harvey. He is also survived by his family, friends, and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family at the private ceremony for family, friends, and colleagues.
