He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubin Chapman and Alice Collity Chapman; and his wife Carole Jean Hiers Chapman. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Chapman (Edward Turner) of Front Royal and Amy Baird of Front Royal; and his grandsons, Paul Clayton Chapman-Turner of Front Royal and Ethan Frederick Baird of Front Royal.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prospect Hill Cemetery (200 W Prospect St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
