She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman J. Smith and Beulah Mauck Smith; and her siblings, James T. Smith, William R. Smith and Patricia S. Ramey.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Eric Allison (Stacey) and Melissa Joy Crescienzi (Anthony); her grandchildren, Anthony Eric Crescienzi (Allie), Allison Taylor Doffermire (Brandon) and Dylan Eric Allison; and her nephews, Gene Ramey (Don) and Jeff Ramey (Kim). She is also survived by her family, but also by the many friends.
