He is survived by: his sister Susie; his foster parents, Joseph Swack and Phyllis Swack; and his foster siblings, Clarence Duvall, Jr. (late Patricia), Traci Swack, Staci Koenig (Scott), LaTesha Scott (Joey) and Amy Maidment (Nich). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
