She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto William and Lula Root Gilbert; her husband James Richard Latham, Sr.; her son James "Jim" Richard Latham, Jr.; and her brothers, Otto William Gilbert, Jr., Thomas Gilbert and Jackie Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, William Clifford Latham of Palmyra, Virginia and Judith L. Armentrout (Robert). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
