She is survived by : her husband Edward James Crouch Jr.; her children, Sandra Marie Bentley (James), Edward James Crouch III, Kathleen Bernice Crouch (Michael McCarthy), Richard Matthew Crouch, Joshua Lewis Crouch and Phillip Christopher Crouch; her siblings, Archie "Butch" Moore, Hester Woodward, Tony Moore, Bobby Moore and John Patrick Moore; and her grandchildren, James Bentley, Brandon Bentley, David Bentley, Jacob Bentley, Hannah Bentley, Joey Crouch, Joshua Wallis, Jenny Crouch, Colton McCarthy, Jeremy Crouch and Noah Crouch.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
