It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Ernesto Blandon of Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Balbino and Blanca Ines; and his sister Leonor. He is survived by: his wife Martha; his sons, Diego and Javier; his stepchildren, Perla and CJ; and his siblings, Balbino, Rosa Ines and Andrea. He is also survived by spouses, many friends and family.
