She was predeceased by: her father Elihugh Loughry. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" R. Swiger of Front Royal; her children, William Otis Swiger (Karen) of Cocoa, Florida and Joyce Ann Martin (Sam) of Winchester; and her siblings, Don Loughry of Spotsylvania, Ron Loughry of Spotsylvania, Everett "Butch" Loughry of Stephens City, Richard "Rich" Loughry of Spotsylvania and Dessie Hall of Petersburg. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
