He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Smith and Ethel Vaughan Smith; his wife Debra Deaton Smith; his son Jeremy Smith; and his brother Nelson Glenn Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Sean D. Smith and Kyle W. Smith; his brother Dean A. Smith; his granddaughter Debra Elizabeth Smith; and his nephews, Colton Smith and Nathan Smith.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
