He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wines and Elizabeth Smedley Wines; and his wife Shirley Wines. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Wines, Jr. of Fairfax, Kevin Wines (Julie) of Burke and Keith Wines of Warrenton, Virginia; his grandchildren, Tyler Wines, Joshua Wines, Kayla Wines, Kirk Wines and Malorie O'Dell (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Denver O'Dell, Westin O'Dell, Kaydance O'Dell and Colton O'Dell.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Prospect Hill Cemetery (200 W Prospect St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
