It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathleen Mary Gillette of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on June 4, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Hall and Norman J. Hall; her husband Joseph A. Gillette; her sister Patricia Hall McLamara; her daughter Kathleen Welsh; her son-in-law Michael Welsh; and her brother-in-law William Daniels.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Suzi) of Front Royal, Michael (Cynthia) of Fairfax and Daniel (Sadie) of Alexandria; and her sisters-in-law, Judith Martin and Jeanne Heiderman (Norman). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Warren County or Goodwin Hospice.
