She is survived by: her children, Scott McCartney (Lynnette), Lucinda Martin (Rick) and Shannon McCartney (Mili); her grandchildren, Scotti Brooke, Cajun, Candice, Tori and Taylor; her stepchildren, Carol Johnson, Scott Shuttleworth, Elizabeth Smith and Catherine Lowry; her close friend Baard Grindal (William McCartney); and her sisters, Ruth Ann Mahaffey Glass, Barbara Vaughn, Betty Stump and Gerri Boyle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
