She was predeceased by: her mother Eleanor Rose Knox Norman; and her son Jeffrey Wayne Ruffner. She is survived by: her husband Paul Robert Ruffner, Jr.; her children, Craig Allen Ruffner (Tabitha Jane Ruffner) of Luray, Robert Troy Ruffner of Front Royal and Angela Ruffner Clater of Front Royal; and her sister Patty Mallory of Warrenton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
