Martin; his grandchildren, Steven D. Martin, Jr., Patrick H. Martin, Elliott R. Martin, Brandon L. Martin and Amber N. Martin; and his brother Samuel Martin.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
