He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Florence Cupp. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tyree Tolliver; his son Scott McKinley Tolliver (Tina); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Elizabeth Tolliver and McKinley Hawk Tolliver.
