She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fischer and Eva Fischer; her husband Dr. Dan Meadows; and her son-in-law Dr. Tom Stanford. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Daniel Thomas Meadows Jr. (Susan) and Gemma Meadows Stanford; and her grandchildren, Daniel A. Meadows (Amalia), Justin Meadows, Rachael Bloom (Casey), Erin Meadows, Alexandra Taylor (Daniel), Joshua Meadows, Anastasia Meadows, Isaac Meadows, Dr. Thomas W. Stanford III (Mary) and Anee Stanford. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 120 West Main Street, Front Royal, VA 22630.
