He was predeceased by: his father Charles Spencer Higgs, Sr.; his wife Allyson Bowman Higgs; his children, Spencer, Jordan and Annah Barrett (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Lillian, Elijah and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his mother Fern Lockhart (Johnny); his siblings, Charlie (Lisa) and Terrie Tusing (Dennis); and his parents-in-law, Don and Jacque Bowman. He is also survived by friend to his children.
