It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Elliott of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Wynkoop; her son David "Craig" Elliott; and her siblings, Zene Wynkoop and Ruth Coleman. She is survived by: her husband Garland Perry Elliott; her children, Gregory Elliott (Martha), Crystal Welch (Cliff) and Kelley Williams (Tony); her sister Elga Stoneburner; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
