He is survived by: his sisters, Christine Foster, Carolyn Bucher and Ruth Foster; his daughters, Samantha Foster (Greg) and Angel Foster; and his stepchildren, Melissa Smelser and Robbie Rhodes, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
