He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Foster and Louise Burke Foster; his siblings, Mary L. Jenkins, Patricia A. Jenkins and Donald E. Foster; and his brother-in-law Fred Browning, Jr..
He is survived by: his siblings, James G. Foster, Bobby A. Foster (Donna) and Dorothy E. "Dot" Browning; his close friend Lance McGinnis; and his brothers-in-law, Junior Jenkins and Ennis Jenkins, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
