He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Fletcher (Misty) of Centreville, VA and Stephanie Banks of Mesa, AZ; his wife Cornelia Jasper Banks of Front Royal, VA; his grandsons, Anthony A. and Garrison Fletcher of Centreville, VA; his brother Cecil Banks of Culpeper, VA; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Banks of Temple Hills, MD, Ruth Banks of Falls Church, VA, Mary Banks of Culpeper, VA and Mary Francis Wilhoite. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
