He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Merle Lockhart and Leslie Simons Lockhart; and his siblings, Dennis Lockhart, Carol Jean Lockhart Fisher and Linda Lockhart Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Lockhart; his sons, Michael Lockhart (Wendy) of Purcellville, VA and Christopher Lockhart of Purcellville, VA.; his grandchildren, Adam, Zachary (Brie), Nick, Justin, Anna and Morgan Lockhart; and his great grandchild Cooper Lockhart. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Humane Society of Warren County.
