He was predeceased by: his father Earl S. Menefee; and his sister Barbara Morris. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Menefee; his children, Earl L. Menefee Jr., Gary Benson Menefee (Terry Carter) and Donna Jean Swager (Dave); and his siblings, Charlotte Rutherford and Ray Menefee. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
