He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lloyd Hinkle and Glenna Pearl Nicely Taylor; and his siblings, Darrell Lloyd Hinkle, Robert Cecil Hinkle, Roger Garland Hinkle, Robert Lee Hinkle, Nancy Hinkle and Barbara Hinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Melody Hinkle; his children, Travis Hinkle of Pickaway, Amy Hinkle and Kayla Morris of Lewisburg, WV; his grandchildren, Gavin, Piper, April, Victoria, Robert, Willow and Rosie; and his siblings, Scott Nicely Hinkle (Ann), Russell Allen Hinkle of Lewisburg, W. V., Doug Hinkle of Anjean, W. V., Jerry Lee Withrow (Virginia), Becky Hinkle (Kurt O'Brien) and Joyce Spence of Caldwell, W. V.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
