He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Daly and Ethel Welch Daly. He is survived by: his wife Joanne R. Daly of Front Royal; his children, Daniel C. Daly Jr. of Washington, DC and Joanne Marie Carver (Steven) of Strasburg, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Jacob S. Carver and Haley Carver.
