He is survived by: his children, Tony Kizer (Paula), Ashley Price (Chad) and Tim Kizer (Amy); his siblings, Don Kizer, William Kizer and Sandy Panky; his grandsons, Zachary Kizer, Mason Kizer and Jackson Price; his friends, Janet, Bob and Jen German; his pet Max; his former wife Susan Barnhart; and his wife Jennifer German. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; his family.
