It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Ann Clifton of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hottle Sr. and Naomi V. Anderson Hottle of Capon Springs; and her siblings, Dora Sixma, Geraldine Orndorff, Fred Hottle, Jr. and Leonard "Butch" Hottle.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Christine Clifton Rector; her grandson Kaleb; her son-in-law Jason Rector of Front Royal; her husband Leon Wayne Fristoe; and her siblings, Louise Hottle of Maurertown, VA, Lois Lewis of Lexington, GA, Wilma Lee Hottle of Berkeley Springs, WV and William "Will" Hottle (Diane) of Star Tannery, VA. She is also survived by three stepchildren and numerous step grand and great- grandchildren.
