She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Rhodes and Thelma Walker Rhodes; her son Ray Lee Grim, Jr.; her siblings, Leo "Sonny Boy" Rhodes, Ruth Pomeroy, Gladys Lantzer, Hattie "Tiny" Brinklow and Greta "June" Furr; and her grandson Justin Tobin.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. "Bobby" Smith, Sr.; her children, Sharon Talbott (James) of Front Royal, Bobby Smith, Jr. (Barbara) of Front Royal, Tony Smith (Susan) of Front Royal and Ritchie Smith (Theresa) of Florida; her sister Margaret Fox of Stephens City; and her grandchildren, Melissa Mills of Robbie Smith, J. J, Talbott, Whitney Edwards, David Smith, Michael Smith, Mark Smith, Mitchell Smith, Dylan Smith and Maria Smith. She is also survived by her loving family and many dear friends.
