With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Brian Settle of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Alexandria, Virginia, who passed away on February 26, 2023 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Brian Settle to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Settle and Edith Leanor Weeks Hammond. He is survived by: his spouse Dale Gruber Settle; his daughter Catrina Bowman (Shawn) of Front Royal; and his granddaughters, Haley Settle (Dylan Stanley) and Nettie Bowman. He is also survived by twelve siblings and many friends.
