He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ball and Beulah Nelson Ball; and his siblings, John Ball, Jesse Ball, David Nelson, Joseph Battle, Louise Ball Jackson, Daisy Ball Anderson and Viola Battle Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Morgan of Winchester, VA, Charlet Pollard (Aggie) of Winchester, VA and Tina Jones of Woodbridge, VA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
