He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frazier, Sr. and Emily Sue Nicholson Frazier; his daughter Susan Michelle Lockhart; and his siblings, Susan Slusher, Shelby Foster, Paula Frazier, James and Paul Dixon Frazier.
He is survived by: his friends, Pops, Pawpaw, Skinner, Bujack and Hawk; his wife Barbara Frazier; his children, John Taylor Jr. (Missy), Bonnie Taylor (Byron), Tracy Vina (Manny), Melody Ramey (JR) and Chris Taylor (Julie); his siblings, Carl Frazier Jr., Mary Soyars, Lynwood Frazier, Melvin (Caroline) and Brenda Williams; and his nephews, DJ Snipes of Front Royal and Frankie Bridge of Front Royal. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
