She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Owens and Rosalie Williams Owens; her husband Waverly "W. J." Bailey; her son Avery Bailey; and her grandson Tyler Bailey.
She is survived by: her sons, Troy Bailey and Don Bailey; and her stepson Billy Bailey. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
