Carol Jean High Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean High of Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Bittner and Martha Bittner; her husband Carl Lee High, Sr.; her daughter Faith Settle; her stepson Carl Lee High Jr.; her grandson Jay Whittington; and her brother Kenneth "Kenny" Bittner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Carter (Warren) and Linda Mcllwee (Terry); her stepsons, Johnny Whittington, James High (Peggy) and Michael High (Tammy); her grandchildren, Tonya Quental, Britni Fauver, Dezarae Churchill and Aaron High; her great grandchildren, Codi Miller, Cory Miller and Noah Churchill; and her son-in-law Dennis Settle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Carol may be made to the Humane Society of Warren County, 1245 Progress Dr., Front Royal, VA 22630.
