He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean O. Baltimore of Bentonville and Lloyd G. Baltimore; his daughter Millicent Baltimore (Scott Baez) of Waynesboro; his brothers, Ashby Baltimore of Front Royal, John Baltimore of Front Royal and Credell Fitzugh of Front Royal; and his grandchildren, Drew Baez of Waynesboro and Dakota Baez of Waynesboro. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
