Billie Cummins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Cummins of Front Royal, Virginia, born in Burlington, Kansas, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wagoner and Vira Wagoner; her former husband William H. Cummins (Bill); her daughters, Ellen Marie and Brenda; and her sisters, Grace "Mickie" Ashton and Becky Peden.
She is survived by: her husband Ernie; her children, Carol Bomar (Ernie) of Front Royal, Virginia and William Bruce Cummins (Marsha) of Spring Hill; her sisters, Bessie Penrod of Soldier, Zohna Turner of Ozark and Wanza Saxton of Horton, Kansas; her granddaughter Julie Maguire (Paul); and her sisters, Jamie Lewis (Lyell), Wm Jason Cummins (Jessica) and Christi Pratz (Chad).
