With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beverly June Milstead Carow of Front Royal, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 11, 2025 at the age of 95. As we bid adieu to Beverly June Milstead's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Beverly June Milstead has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Ottis and Mabel Wooster Milstead; her brother Roger Carlton Milstead; and her son John Gottlieb Gruber, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Terry Robert Gruber (Solveig Seltzer Gruber); her grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Kiefer-Douglas (Scott) and Ethan Wooster Gruber (Lauren Massari); her great grandchildren, Shelby Ruth Kiefer, Riley and Molly Douglas; and her sister Theda Milstead Massey (Ray).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
